Collection and processing will be carried out for the following types of data:

- contact information: e-mail or PEC
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
To allow the person concerned to receive by email informative notes, communications and periodic newsletters regarding the activities of the Church.
OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA
The provision of data is optional. Failure to provide data will not make it possible to subscribe to the newsletter and receive information notes and communications.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Consent to processing can be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before revocation.
DATA RETENTION
Data are retained until consent is revoked by the data subject.
Following revocation, the data will be deleted or anonymized, subject to any legal retention requirements.

The data may also be transmitted to parties who carry out the processing on behalf of the Controller as Data Processors, namely:

The data may be processed by employees and collaborators of the Diocese of Nocera Inferiore-Sarno in relation to their duties, expressly authorized and adequately instructed in the processing.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT AND RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
The data subject has the right of access to acquire information about the processing of data concerning him or her, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or their supplementation.
The data subject may, in addition, ask the Data Controller to delete his or her personal data and restrict their processing, to which he or she may also object.
The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
